Dr. Koto's Clinic

Gotou Kensuke (a.k.a. Dr. Koto), a brilliant surgeon who had been working at a famous university hospital in Tokyo, took responsibility for a medical error and came to the remote island of Koshiki, which had been without a doctor for three months.
