Sequel to the Dear Boys ACT 3 series. After the Inter-High national basketball tournament ended, high school players from various schools began preparing for the upcoming tournament. There were changes, such as the arrival of new players and the departure of senior players who had already tasted the fierce competition of Japanese high school basketball.
