Seo-il has a boyfriend named Gi-tae, who is the same age and whom he met in college. Gi-tae has a long-time best friend, Mu young, and Mu young has a younger lover named Minho. Although Gi-tae and Mu young each have their own partners, their deep bond formed over years kept them tightly connected, making it hard for Seo-il and Minho to truly become part of their world. Even though both Seo-il and Minho felt awkward and uncomfortable, neither of them had any intention of leaving the ones they loved, until that dreadful day changed everything. Betrayed by their lovers at the same time, Seo-il and Minho each faced heartbreak. While Seo-il tried to escape reality by burying himself in work, a battered and broken Minho came to him.
