Diamond Delinquent

Kongoh Akira is looking to take down the "23 District Project", in which delinquents from the 23 special districts of Tokyo fight for the right to control Japan. Without meaning to, he becomes a participant with the alias "Diamond Delinquent" and must take down other delinquents while searching for the leaders of the project.
