Satoshi and Pikachu are on an adventure to meet the legendary Pokémon, Houou. They are guided by Houou's rainbow-colored feather, but their path is blocked by the rival Cross and the Rocket Gang. And then, when it senses an evil spirit, the feather loses its shine and the phantom Pokémon, Marshadow, appears?! What will Satoshi and Pikachu do in this desperate crisis?!
