Kal is an E-Rank healer; the lowest rank of adventurers. Even though her comrades call her useless, she continues to diligently make medicine for them, hoping they will accept her as one of them... Until one day, she is kicked out of the group she was traveling with! She wants to go back to her village, but she doesn't have the money. She is left helpless in a village she is completely unfamiliar with. Then, one day, she comes upon an adventurer, Kaido, who is on the brink of death. She heals him and offers him medicine she has created. He is impressed and fascinated with her medical skills!
