Life

Takeda, who lost his wife several years ago and discovered that his own body was suffering from cancer, was despairing of his life. On the verge of committing suicide, he receives a phone call from the police. It was about his daughter Sawako, who had gone missing 14 years ago, and was found dead. With the statute of limitations fast approaching and the police having given up on this case, Takeda decides to put his remaining life on the line and find the culprit.
