Nyoron Churuya-san (The Melancholy of Haruhi Suzumiya)

This is a 4koma series about Churuya, a creation by Utsura Uraraka. The character seems to have derived from Tsuruya from the series Suzumiya Haruhi no Yuutsu , as seen by the green hair and the usage of the word "megas."
