Cradle of the Saint, Coffin of the Spinster

Two brothers who lost their parents are brought to an orphanage on an isolated island. They are welcomed by a beautiful nun and promised to spend the rest of their days in paradise with the other orphans, but are soon thrust into a twisted hell of love and madness.
