Suzuki Misa stopped believing in Gods because ever since she was little, no matter how many times she wished, they never came true. Until one day, a boy named Suzuki Ichirou shows up in front of her, claiming to be the guardian God of all Suzukis. Misa, who hates Gods, is unimpressed at Ichirou's over-the-top actions to save her.
