I Quit Being a Man: Got Cancer so I Decided to Dress up as a Woman and Fall in Love

*This story is based on true events. One day, the main character, Nagisa Hajime, is suddenly diagnosed with cancer. With the little time they have left, they decide to live as themself. To do so, they decide to renounce the gender they were assigned at birth, male, and go out into the city. Nagisa then goes through a series of incidents and events they never experienced before.
