Breakfast While Wearing Camouflage

The main character is a girl who has a mysterious ability that allows her to gain the power of the troops receiving combat rations by eating them. In order to create an army made up of people with special abilities, she scouts her friends, but the people she scouts are eavesdroppers, bombers, yakuza, etc., and she goes out of her way to lure them in. The final episode, which takes a closer look at the inner workings of the Self-Defense Forces, is a must-see.
