Machiwarashi

In the ruined, empty city, there lives a lonely, mysterious being known as the Machiwarashi. He haunts the city like a zashikiwarashi haunts a house, and greets every situation, no matter how grisly or horrible, with a happy childlike innocence. What will his future hold for him?
