Mineo Mutsu, an irreverent reporter works for the Maiasa newspaper. He refuses to accept the misdoings of his job. He keeps on fighting and searching on how to reveal affairs everyone wants to be kept quiet. But by making such a racket, wouldn't Mineo risk his own career?
