Prequel to the events of Evangelion: 3.0 You Can (Not) Redo. It was published in EVA-EXTRA-EXTRA, a 36 page booklet that includes the 17 page manga and various illustrations by the staff of the movie Evangelion: 3.0+1.0 Thrice Upon A Time. It was given to the audience of the 3.0 + 1.01 re-release.
