A fourteen and an illustrator.

The manga center on Yūto Kyōbashi, an illustrator for light novels who has a particular fetish for navels. He meets a 14-year-old cosplayer named Nonoka Nogi, who is a fan of his illustrations, and begins helping him out with his housework. The story shows Yūto and his colleagues, which include his editor and other light novel and adult game illustrators.
