Muttsuri Shinken

Muttsuri Shinken focuses on Sukehira Mutsuri, a "man among men" who has the ability to use the "Muttsuri Shinken" technique to destroy women's clothes for the purpose of studying their breasts. Sukehira lives in a world where due to the superhuman evolution of women, women rule the world and men are oppressed.
