The Dragon God Can't Cry

A young girl is forced to become a human sacrifice for the dragon god to pray for rain. But the dragon god isn't interested in her & continues his life of leisure despite her begging to make it rain again. It seems that he's actually unable to shed the tears necessary to cause rain. What follows are various attempts by the girl to make the dragon god cry.
