"Your daughter has committed suicide," is the news an unremarkable middle-aged man named Wataru Fukunaga receives, and soon after he finds himself face to face with the unrecognizable body of his daughter. In search of the truth about her death, he discovers that she was murdered. However, in an attempt to get to the truth, Wataru himself becomes a victim. Unexpectedly, he wakes up in the past before the death of his daughter.
