High school student Gou Karube is a big fan of Noa Mukanae, a member of the VTuber idol group "Hoshigaoka High School". Gou dedicates both time and money to support Noa, and his hard work has become famous amongst her other fans, the "NoaTomo".

Noa, whom he's devoted all of his youth to supporting, one day decided to hold a solo live show, which had been her dream. Her fans were supposed to witness the moment when her dream came true... is how it should have been.
