Children Uta and Taka escaped from Shinobi no Sato. Hungry, the hawk kills a man who is suffering from a stomachache. During their journey, they meet a beautiful woman named Tama who has run away from a brothel. When they arrived in Edo, they met the landlady of the tenement house, and Uta was praised for her painting talent. They decided to take over the world with Uta as a painting, Taka as a villain, and Tama as a prostitute.
