Doraemon is the popular masterpiece of Fujiko F. Fujio, a member of one of Japan's most famous mangaka duos (that being Fujiko Fujio; Fujiko Fujio A had no involvement in Doraemon.) Doraemon, a cat-shaped robot from the future, travels back in time from the year of 2112 all the way to the time of Nobita Nobi, a young boy with various struggles & problems that will affect his future. Doraemon assists Nobita in saving him by letting him use useful gadgets from the future; The two become best friends & many adventures are had with their other friends, Shizuka, Suneo, and Gian.
